Data Collection/Analysis

Value Midwest is experienced in obtaining, researching and analyzing land sales data. We have established, maintain, and continue to develop a comprehensive database of rural, transitional and recreational agricultural properties. The sales data we collect ranges from recreational, agricultural, cash crop operations, gravel/aggregate, orchards, large dairy production facilities, and hog finishing facilities.

 

We regularly provide analysis for state-wide market studies and update them periodically. Our clients have also included state and federal government agencies.
