Mark
A. Williams, ARA Mark Williams is the Vice President and founder of Williams & Associates, Inc. He has been licensed as a Certified General Appraiser since 1994. He has extensive knowledge and experience with "Yellow Book", Conservation Easements, Eminent Domain and Purchase of Development Rights (PDR) appraisals. His agricultural experience ranges from orchards to timber properties, dairy facilities and grain facilities. Mark has been a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) for 15 years and has earned the prestigious ARA accreditation. |

| Robert
J. Lentz Rob began his appraisal career in 1998 as an independent contractor working under the direction of Mark Williams. In 2004, his experience expanded as he became licensed as a Certified General Appraiser and the Sole Proprietor of Lentz Appraisal Group. In March of 2009, Lentz Appraisal Group and Williams and Associates, Inc. merged to serve a more diversified market in the appraisal industry. Rob specializes in the valuation of residential, commercial and industrial properties and has performed several UASFLA compliant "Yellow Book" appraisals for properties to be encumbered with Conservation, Wetlands, or Agricultural Easements. Michele
Reamer Michele has worked with Williams and Associates, Inc. as an administrative assistant since 1999. Recently she has completed her pre-licensure coursework and has began logging experience hours to obtain her State Licensed appraisal license. |

P. Hunger George Hunger joined the Williams & Associates, Inc. team in February 2006 as a Limited Licensed appraiser; in April of 2008 he upgraded to a State Licensed appraiser. His specialty is in agricultural, dairy and recreational properties. |

McKee, Jr. Mike McKee joined the Williams and Associates, Inc. team in 2010 as a Limited Licensed appraiser. Recently he has completed his pre-licensure coursework and is currently logging experience hours to obtain his State Licensed appraisal license.
