A Brief History...
Williams & Associates, Inc. has been in the valuation business since 1994. Sixteen years later, the firm has grown in both scope of work, and client base. The bulk of the firm's early work was focused on agricultural properties as its founder, Mark A. Williams, worked the family farm and had managed a dairy production/packaging business. At this early stage in the company's history, the name "Agricultural Advisors" was a good fit.

As the company expanded its services into the appraisal of residential and commercial/industrial properties, "Agricultural Advisors" became "Williams Appraisal & Consulting, LLC."

The over-arching mission of the firm has always been to provide "quality work, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price". As it turns out, that's exactly what our customers want. Unwavering commitment to these core principles has earned our firm a dignified reputation - paving the way for building a team of professional appraisers spanning the State of Michigan, including partnerships throughout the United States . . . which led to renaming the firm "Williams & Associates, Inc."
